The role entails
Developing a search strategy for the business, ensuring headhunted talent moves smoothly through the pipeline.
Coaching senior leadership teams so they can attract exceptional talent for management and leadership positions.
Driving talent analytics to provide real‑time insights, using SQL or Python to identify trends in data.
Conducting in‑depth behavioural talent interviews, offering deep insights into motivations and behaviours.
Building key relationships with global stakeholders to deliver on hiring agendas and maintain consistency in operational processes.
Seeking continuous improvement on hiring processes and outcomes.
Advocating for diversity and inclusion, removing unconscious bias from the hiring process and underpinning sourcing strategies.
What we are looking for in you
Professional experience of headhunting senior talent from an executive search firm or in‑house search function, with a proven track record in the technology industry.
Exposure to or appreciation of psychometric assessments.
Strong analytical problem‑solving ability, proficiency in SQL or Python.
Experience in conducting behavioural, competency‑based interviews and training stakeholders.
A solid academic background, preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s in psychology or a people‑based discipline, and a strong quantitative foundation from high school.
Excellent personal organisation skills for remote work.
Willingness to travel to company events 2–4 times a year, up to two weeks each.
Other skills you may bring
Advanced analytical and statistical skills.
Experience with Greenhouse ATS, Thomas International and DISC profiling.
Knowledge of psychometric validity and reliability metrics.
