People Strategy Intern : Job Description Support People Strategy and People Engagement teams in daily administrative (BAU) activities, including data collection, monitoring, and evaluation. Maintain and monitor recruitment requisitions and candidate pipeline data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data hygiene. Assist in the implementation and tracking of OKRs and strategic initiatives within the People Strategy team. Support the People Engagament team in the execution of engagement initiatives, including Buddy Program, Wellbeing Programs, Exit Interview, and engagement events. Proactively reach out to employees at scale through personalized communication (chat/email) to collect required information, ensure timely responses, and maintain accurate records. Assist in preparing copywriting for internal communications blast and announcements (email, Google Chat, broadcast messages, etc.).

Requirements Current student or fresh graduate in any major; Psychology/Communication major is preferred. Proficient in spreadsheet Good communication skills. Meticulous with data and administrative tasks. Tech-savvy. Willing to work in a highly agile environment. Available for at least 3 months of internship.
