Job Qualification

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree

At least 2 years experience

Must have experience handling Payroll

Must have basic knowledge of a recruitment process

Knowledge and familiarity with HRIS (Talenta)

Knowledge and familiarity with HR Policies and Labor law is a plus

Experience with General Affairs Job

Detail & target oriented

Understand registration flow of BPJS Health and Employment

Understand the creation of KPIs in all divisions (SOP, Organizational structure, Job Desc, Skill Matrix, Training, etc)

Good in Team Work, Communication and Target

Must have basic MS-Office skills (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word)

Multi-tasking orientation and able to handle variative jobs

Having good interpersonal skills, professional manners, consistent, and initiative

Must have a SKCK

Can join as soon as possible - Sunter, North Jakarta

Job Description

Responsible for handling Payroll

Lead the recruitment process: selecting candidates, arranging interview schedules, assessments, training

Provide support for daily operations of Human Resources & General Affairs

Prepare daily and monthly attendance reports, annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave & maintain employee database

Coordinate with users for further selection process

Create a favourable working environment by developing good communication with employees and all staff

Assess the quality of performance and characteristics/personality of employees of the Company
