Position:

Accounting & Tax Staff

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance

1–2 years of experience in tax/finance (fresh graduates may be considered)

Familiar with e‑Faktur, VAT input & output, and monthly VAT reporting

Understand sales and purchase returns and related accounting entries

Experienced in reconciling sales, returns, and tax data

Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table is a plus)

Experience using accounting software (Accurate, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred

Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and strong in administrative work

Able to work under deadlines, communicate effectively, and collaborate across teams

Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team

Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang (WFO policy)

Job Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance and Documentation: Verify supporting documents for tax calculations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Organize, maintain, and archive all tax‑related documentation and filings.

Tax Calculation and Reporting: Calculate and withhold taxes on applicable transactions. Prepare tax and VAT summaries, including generating CSV files for internal and external reporting.

Invoice and Tax Document Management: Create and manage input and output tax invoices. Draft tax refund letters and handle return notes for both purchases and sales.

Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate tax‑related matters with distributors, vendors, and outlets.

Process Improvement and Quality Assurance: Conduct issue analysis using PICA methodology. Support implementation and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
