Laboratory Specialist (Design & Build Project) Education:

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in

Environmental Engineering ,

Chemistry , or a related scientific field.

Certification:

Must have completed formal training in

ISO/IEC 17025

(General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories).

Experience:

Minimum of

3 years of professional experience

working in a laboratory environment, specifically in testing, analysis, or quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Laboratory Management:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring all testing and analysis comply with

ISO/IEC 17025

standards.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct rigorous chemical and environmental testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Instrument Calibration:

Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to maintain peak performance.

Compliance & Audits:

Prepare and manage documentation for internal and external audits according to ISO/IEC 17025 guidelines.

Sample Analysis:

Interpret complex environmental or chemical samples and provide detailed technical reports for stakeholders.

Safety Leadership:

Enforce strict laboratory safety protocols (K3) and proper hazardous waste management.
