Ecommerce Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Manage and optimize online stores (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.)

Create promotion strategies and campaigns according to marketing calendar & event platform.

Maintain product catalog, descriptions, prices, and stock regularly.

Collaborate with design team for product visuals and engaging promotion content.

Analyze sales data, traffic and campaign performance to improve conversion.

Set up bundling, discounts, vouchers, flash sales, and loyalty programs.

Research competitors and market trends for e-commerce strategy development.

Coordinate with ads, warehouse, CS, and ops teams to ensure smooth online sales process.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or online business.

Familiar with marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).

Analytical skill and understanding of e-commerce metrics: CTR, CR, GMV, AOV, etc.

Proficient with analytics tools like Business Insights, Google Sheets, etc.

Knowledge of marketplace SEO and product description writing.
