Responsibilities
Identify and develop opportunities for Bühler solutions
Maintain and expand customer base
Plan and execute sales visits to customers and prospects
Listen to customers, actively monitor assigned markets, provide feedback about market intelligence
Actively promote the Bühler portfolio of products and services
Plan, prepare and execute sales negotiations
Collect and maintain accurate information about accounts, contacts, sales leads and opportunities
Act more independently in daily sales activities
Design basic sales strategies for the development of the assigned areas and markets
Set priorities to fully explore Bühler's competitive advantages
Establish a broad network within markets
Develop an understanding of customer decision process and criteria
Qualifications
Degree or equivalent in economics, engineering, or related fields
Minimum of two-three years in technical sales position
Industry knowledge in the area of Bühler Advanced Materials portfolio or similar competitor products and services relevant for die-casting, vacuum-coating, grind & dispersing business areas
General experience and familiarity with commercial environment
Good English skills, written and spoken
