Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR management role

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws

Communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management / Law.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the Human Resources field, with at least 2 years at Supervisor/Manager level.

Job Description : Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations (Job Creation Law, Fixed-Term Employment, Termination, BPJS, etc.).

Experienced in managing end-to-end recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, as well as employee relations.

Ability to develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and performance appraisal systems.

Able to handle conflicts, conduct negotiations, and provide coaching to employees.
