Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the cattle farm, including feeding, breeding, calving, health monitoring, and barn hygiene.

Implement and continuously improve cattle husbandry practices that promote high standards of animal welfare and environmental sustainability.

Monitor animal health and provide proper care, including quality feed, clean water, and safe shelter.

Work closely with veterinarians or trained personnel to administer vaccinations, medications, and other health interventions as needed.

Manage breeding programs, track growth performance, and optimize milk/meat production output.

Detect and respond to signs of illness, injury, or stress in animals; document and elevate issues appropriately.

Conduct regular facility maintenance, ensure proper fencing, and maintain clean, safe barns and grazing areas.

Train and guide junior farm workers on proper cattle handling, feeding, biosecurity, and safety protocols.

Keep detailed records of livestock, health treatments, feed usage, and production performance.

Requirements: Willing to be stationed in North Tapanuli, North Sumatra, and travel outside the region when necessary.

Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry (Peternakan), Agribusiness, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in livestock farming, preferably with cattle.

Good understanding of cattle care, health management, breeding, and calving practices.

Familiarity with farm budgeting, feed planning, and cost control.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and sound decision‑making abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office for farm documentation and reporting.

Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and committed to high standards of animal care.

Able to adapt to technological developments and industry changes.

Strong analytical and planning skills to drive farm performance.
