Sr. Officer-FWA Sales Logistic

This position is accountable for the performance, cost, and reliability of the entire national FWA logistics network. This role

commands the day-to-day execution of the supply chain ,

governs the performance of our multi-million dollar 3PL and procurement partner contracts , and architects the physical distribution processes that ensure device availability across all sales channels. This individual is the critical nexus between strategic supply plans and flawless on-the-ground execution, directly impacting sales velocity, customer satisfaction, and a significant operational expenditure budget.

Responsibilities: Command and continuously optimize the national logistics network , managing all inbound, outbound, and inter-warehouse transportation to guarantee speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Govern the day-to-day operational performance

of the 3PL and local procurement partners, ensuring strict adherence to contractual SLAs and leading the formal performance review cadence (e.g., MBRs, QBRs). Command the end-to-end physical inventory flow , from dock-to-stock at the central warehouse to channel replenishment.

Own the entire reverse logistics process , ensuring maximum asset recovery and financial reconciliation for returns. Own and manage the multi-million dollar logistics operational expenditure (OPEX) budget.

Drive a continuous improvement agenda to identify and execute on cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements: Significant experience in a senior logistics or supply chain operations management role, with a proven track record in the complex Indonesian market. Telco industry background and fluent in English is a must Demonstrated success in directly managing large-scale, national 3PL provider contracts and complex vendor relationships, including leading performance reviews (QBRs). Deep expertise in distribution network design, warehouse management, transportation optimization, and reverse logistics. Experience owning and managing significant operational budgets (OPEX) and leading formal cost-saving initiatives. A strong operational leader known for their attention to detail, ability to execute under pressure, and drive for continuous improvement.
