Engineer Infrastructure

This Role requires an experience Network Engineer with strong industry exposure along with IT and Telecommunication background.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree (S1) from Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

Has experience Minimum 1 year in IT function role such as installation server, storage, access point, switch and other IT device

Good attitude and willing to support with service mind

Pro-active, analytical and problem solving skills

Able to support and do some administration/office task

Suitable & presentable as techincal sales engineer to client

Responsibilities

Responsible for day to day IT support system operation, monitor and maintain system to work properly, analize and trouble shoot

Design system to support project , control and test installation of IT system

Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability

Assist the customer through the Go-Live phase with the new system

Perform other task that may include new product testing, and hardware testing

Create and maintain IT documentation and procedure

Configure and install various network devices and services (Routers, switch, firewall, VPN, Access Point)

Configure security system device (CCTV & Access door)
