2. Quality
Adhere to work standards to support operational to achieve company goals.
3. Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end
payroll processes , ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
Handle
attendance management
and validate attendance data for payroll purposes.
Maintain and update
employee data
in HRIS and Employee Central (EC) systems.
Support and monitor
performance management
administration.
Manage
BPJS Social Security
registration, updates, and reporting.
Calculate and administer
employee income tax (PPh 21)
in compliance with regulations.
Control and monitor
Employment agreement
to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Administer
private health insurance
programs for employees.
Prepare and provide
HR-related reports
accurately and on time.
4. Specification
Diploma or Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, or related field.
Experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, or HR operations is preferred.
Good understanding of labor regulations, BPJS, and taxation (PPh 21).
Familiar with general concept of HRIS systems.
Outstanding data analysis and reporting skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Good communication and coordination skills
