Sales Support

About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support to join the dynamic team at PT RNK Incontro Indonesia. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and sales support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The role is based in West Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements

Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials

Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service

Maintaining accurate records and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system

Supporting the sales team with market research, data analysis, and reporting

Coordinating and participating in sales events and promotional activities

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales initiatives

What we're looking for

Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Strong customer service orientation and demonstrated experience in a sales support or client-facing role

Proficient in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently

Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) systems would be an advantage
