We’re looking for a
Supply Planning Specialist
to manage
inventory and supply planning
for warehouse operations. This role ensures the right products are available at the right time and quantity while maintaining healthy inventory levels and cost efficiency. You will be responsible for
replenishment planning, inventory control,
shipment coordination, and continuous improvement of forecast accuracy to support smooth operations and high service levels.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field.
2–5 years of experience
in
supply planning, inventory management , or warehouse planning.
Strong understanding of
replenishment strategy, stock optimization , and demand forecasting.
Experience handling supply management in warehouse/DC inventory operations.
Proficient in Excel
using formulas such as
Index Match, layering \"ifs\", sumif , etc. and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred).
Experience in handling Limited-Time-Offerings (LTO) and seasonal plannings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Agile and has the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
Job Role
Responsible for
monitoring and replenishing stocks at assigned Distribution Centres .
Develop and execute raw material and inventory replenishment plans aligned with demand forecast and operational requirements.
Set optimal stock levels and replenishment strategies based on forecast accuracy, supply lead time, and inventory movement.
Monitor and control inventory to ensure availability while preventing overstock, slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, or outdated stock, and implement corrective action plans .
Organize and support item shipments from warehouse/DC to outstation and other locations as required.
Monitor capacity levels and supply-related costs to ensure operational efficiency.
Drive high on-time delivery performance to improve order fulfillment rates.
Analyze supply forecast reports, identify gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvement initiatives to increase forecast accuracy.
Review historical sales data, identify trends, and adjust forecasts where necessary.
Maintain close coordination with warehouse, procurement, finance, operations, and suppliers to resolve inventory and replenishment issues.
Prepare inventory, replenishment, and supply performance reports, highlighting risks and recommendations to support company objectives.
