Product Development Lead (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do : Product Development & Strategy

Develop and manage the product roadmap

Create new product concepts, from initial ideas and prototypes to final specifications

Improve and refine existing products to enhance quality and performance

Quality & Production

Define product quality standards and metrics for factories and QC teams

Oversee prototype development and initial production batches to ensure alignment with approved designs

Lead regular design reviews and defect discussions

Analyze product complaints and determine appropriate solutions

Collaboration & Teamwork

Work closely with the Marketing team on product positioning and storytelling

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors during product development and improvement processes

Lead, guide, and develop team members within the Product & Quality function

What We’re Looking For :

Experience in product development, product management, or quality-related roles

Familiar with production processes and working with suppliers

Strong attention to detail and product quality

Structured problem-solving and decision-making skills

Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Willing to be hands-on, especially during development and quality control stages

Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, or lifestyle products, along with experience in defect analysis and continuous improvement, will be an advantage
