Brand Supervisor .

PT. Duta Abadi Primantara is a leading mattress and bedding company that owns and holds the license of the world’s renowned and trusted mattress and bedding brands such as Aireloom®, King Koil®, Serta®, and Tempur®.

We have 14 branches throughout Indonesia and hold exclusive licenses in several Southeast Asian countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, China, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

Job Responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor TOB brand activation programs to ensure alignment with brand identity and to build strong and consistent brand perception.

Manage and oversee TOB promotional programs and brand campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand visibility, brand awareness, and sales growth.

Conduct market, competitor, and consumer behavior research to generate strategic insights for effective brand development.

Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of brand activation programs, promotions, and campaigns to support continuous improvement of marketing activities.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners in implementing brand strategies and in-store activations, while ensuring compliance with applicable management systems and company standards.

Requirements Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in brand activation or brand marketing, preferably in premium brands, FMCG, or lifestyle industries.

Proven experience in executing events, in-store activations, and promotional campaigns, including coordination with agencies, vendors, and sales teams.

Strong communication and project management skills; proficiency in English is an advantage.

Willing to work in a mobile role and to work on weekends or public holidays when required.
