What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role: Manage and facilitate regular governance and performance review meetings, as well as ad-hoc meetings as required. Lead the preparation of business plans and budgets, management reporting, business reviews, and Bank performance analysis. Translate business plans and budgets into the Bank’s Business Plan (RBB), including securing regulatory approvals, preparing product proposals, business cases, and regulatory strategies. Support management by providing in-depth analysis for the preparation of strategy documents and related initiatives. Oversee and execute the Bank’s strategy and planning functions, including budget management, KPI setting, KPI tracking, and performance reviews. Drive the execution of the Bank’s strategies and initiatives, as well as ad-hoc projects or requests from management, such as M&A activities, Bank-wide strategic projects, and business unit strategic initiatives. Ensure alignment and synergy across business unit initiatives to achieve organizational objectives. What Is Required And What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Prior experience in strategic planning, scenario analysis, market research, or competitive analysis in Banking industry is highly desirable. Strong ability to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities, and formulate effective strategies to achieve business objectives. Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and market research to support decision-making and strategy development. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to adapt strategies and plans in response to changing market conditions. Knowledge of the industry in which the organization operates is an advantage, as it helps in understanding market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends that impact strategic decision-making.
