Responsibilities

Develop and implement enterprise-wide risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, strategic, and compliance risks.

Conduct risk analysis and prepare mitigation plans to minimize potential impact.

Collaborate with department heads to ensure risk controls are properly implemented.

Lead risk assessment workshops and provide risk awareness training.

Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company compliance.

Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management / board.

Review and improve internal control systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or related role.

Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and internal control frameworks.

Experience in developing risk mitigation strategies and policies.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Leadership experience and ability to manage cross‑functional teams.

Professional certifications such as CRM, FRM, or equivalent will be an advantage.
