Qualifications / Skills Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity Strong leader & trainer Proactive Fluent in English, written & spoken Extensive knowledge of HACCP

Responsibilities Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times Managing the stewarding operation of 10 kitchens & 8 FB outlets and bars Coordinate all repair and maintenance reports for the respective departmental areas Ensure that all equipment specification lists are updated and controlled after every inventory Daily monitoring of HACCP procedures and guidelines
