Social Media Specialist

About The Role We are SmartCyber, member of Cybertrend, one of the leaders in data science consulting in Indonesia. As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a vital role in amplifying our digital presence and engagement. Your responsibilities will include creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our online strategy.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

At least 1‑2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the IT or technology sector.

Basic Graphic Design skills (familiar with tools like Canva, Adobe, etc.).

Strong Social Media Copywriting and Article Writing skills.

Experience in Digital Ads Campaign management.

Knowledge of Digital and Social Media Marketing strategies.

Ability to conduct Digital and Social Media Monitoring (track and interpret data to inform strategy).

Proficient in Social Media Planning (content calendars, campaign timelines, etc.).

Content Creation skills (photo, video, and written content).

Up‑to‑date with Social Media Trends and best practices.

Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Create engaging social media content aligned with brand identity.

Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).

Monitor and analyze performance metrics for digital and social media platforms.

Plan and manage digital ad campaigns to optimize reach and engagement.

Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform developments.

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Engage with the online community and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.

Support content creation processes, including copywriting and basic graphic design.

Assist in event coverage and support social media activities for company events.
