**我们能提供的****Main Tasks and Responsibilities:**1. Sale Manger Responsibilities• Sales Strategy Execution: Supports the definition and implementation of sales strategies and adjusts approaches based on market dynamics.• Forecasting & Target Achievement: Provides accurate sales forecasts and ensures volume and margin targets are met.• Customer Management: Aligns product, supply, and technical service requirements with internal teams to support customer needs.• Key Account & Transplant Business account Collaboration: Works closely with key accounts & Transplant Account to develop and execute account plans.• Channel/Trader Coordination: Establish a structured & collaborative approach2. Market Development Manager Responsibilities• New Market Identification: Identifies and commercializes opportunities in new markets, applications, or customer opportunities• Trend Monitoring: Tracks market, application, and technology trends to inform strategy• Customer & Partner Networking: Builds relationships with customers, influencers, and industry stakeholders to support growth• Digital & Circular Economy Initiatives: Supports Covestro’s digital transformation and circular economy goals through product positioning and marketing3. Customer Engagement• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and industry stakeholders.• Act as the voice of the customer internally to align product development and service delivery.4. Strategic Projects• Support or lead cross-functional projects related to digitalization, circular economy, and sustainability.• Collaborate and communications to the team to execute campaigns and promote Covestro’s value proposition.**Value added:**Provides market intelligence and insights into local trends and customer needs.\* Enhances customer experience and loyalty through personalized engagement and technical support.\* Directly contributes to revenue growth by securing new business and expanding existing accounts.\* Facilitates cross-functional collaboration between internal sales, marketing, technical, supply chain teams and external channels\* Acts as a local ambassador for Covestro’s values—innovation, sustainability, and partnership.**Work Relations:**Internal Work Relationships1. Regional Sales Head / Business Unit Leader• Strategic alignment on targets, priorities, and reporting.• Guidance on regional initiatives and performance reviews.2. Marketing & Communications• Collaboration on campaigns, product positioning, and promotional activities.• Support for customer engagement and brand visibility.3. Technical Service / Application Development• Joint customer visits for technical support and solution development.• Feedback loop for product improvements and innovation.4. Supply Chain & Logistics• Coordination on inventory, delivery timelines, and order fulfillment.• Resolution of supply-related issues affecting customer satisfaction.5. Customer Service / Order Management• Ensuring smooth order processing and handling customer inquiries.• Managing documentation and compliance for transactions.6. Finance / Credit Management• Monitoring payment terms and supporting AR.• Risk assessment for new customers or large orders.\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ External Work Relationships1. Key Customers / OEMs• Strategic account management and relationship building.• Understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions3. Industry Influencers / Consultants• Collaboration on market trends, regulatory updates, and innovation.• Participation in industry forums and technical panels.4. Regulatory Bodies / Associations• Staying informed on compliance, safety, and environmental regulations.• Representing Covestro in industry associations or working groups.**Qualifications:**Education :- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.Work Experience :- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or market development in the chemical or materials industry.Skills and Competencies- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Chinese language skills is a plus.### **您的申请**
