Requirements : Identify issues faced by application users or business units to propose appropriate application development solutions. Coordinate with other units or departments for applications that are integrated or related to other systems, to ensure requirements alignment and assess potential impacts on other applications. Provide solutions to application usage issues and collaborate with application users to document them in a Change Request (CR) form, ensuring mutual agreement on the proposed solution so that application changes can be implemented. Perform administrative documentation of the SDLC in accordance with established SDLC policies and procedures, ensuring application changes are implemented properly and all changes are well documented. Create test scenario scripts for application testing based on Change Requests (CR) to ensure measurable testing and proper preparation of the testing environment. Conduct application testing together with application users based on Change Requests (CR) to maintain and ensure application quality. Coordinate the deployment process and collaborate with application users, application developers, system/hardware configurators, and project managers (if applicable). Conduct Production Assurance Testing (PAT) with application users after deployment is completed to ensure there are no adverse impacts on the production environment and to confirm that new application features are available and functioning properly in production.

Qualifications : Minimum

bachelor’s degree (S1 ) in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of

3–5 years of experience

as a Business Analyst Assisted Channel role.
