Job Description: Provide technical support and expertise to customers before and after they purchase products, ensuring successful integration and utilization of those products in the customer’s environment. Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, answer product questions, and help resolve issues through troubleshooting and debug support. Serve as a technical consultant and the primary point of contact for customers’ engineering questions. Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training to help customers understand and effectively use the company’s products. Collaborate with internal engineering, sales, and product management teams, providing valuable customer feedback to enhance future product development. Assist with pre-sales activities, such as product recommendations and technical presentations, as well as post-sales activities like training and ongoing technical support.

Requirements Strong technical background in Computer Component engineering fields (Motherboard, Graphics Card, Monitor, Wireless Router, Server, MiniPC/NUC, AIoT). Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Teamwork and the ability to coordinate between various departments (engineering, sales, product management). Customer service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. Ability to communicate effectively in

English (spoken and written) . Willing to travel to customer sites to provide on-site technical assistance, training, and support.
