Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in
Medan . The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role will involve collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless planning and delivery of events for clients.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in Food and Beverage, Catering or Hotel Sales
Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience in client relationship management and customer service
Market research and proposal development expertise
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to client needs and business requirements
Diploma or Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
