Island Escape Villas is a registered Indonesian management company of boutique and medium size villas specializing in Concept Development, Technical Services and Finance Support. Island Escape offers Marketing Services with experience across all markets and a growing portfolio, IEV has set up a structure for Sales & Marketing support for the Villa that includes Reservation; Revenue Management; OTA Sales Management; Retail Agent Sales Management; and Marketing Communications. We are seeking a motivated Marketing Communication Executive

to manage our social media content publishing needs in a revenue-focused work environment. You will report to MarCom Manager and work with a team of photographers and graphic designers to develop and curate compelling and engaging content for our audience. Your primary duties will include content strategy, proofreading and editing, analysing readership data, and developing our content strategy. Responsibilities Coordinate property manager, photographer, graphic design to produce social media content Proofread and edit spelling and grammar Ensure that content meets the company or client's needs, and follows our in-house style guide. Organize, modify and update existing content. Verify content and information. Work with the graphic design team to ensure a user-friendly experience. Collaborate with co-workers and come up with fresh, creative content ideas, keeping our audience in mind. Manage a busy workload according to deadline. Analyse data and analytics, and seek to increase reader engagement and retention

Requirements Bachelor's degree in journalism, English or related field. Excellent command of the English language. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Proficient in desktop publishing software. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Social Media platforms.
