Deep understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) including analyzing business processes and translating them into ERP workflows. Knowledge of various ERP modules (finance, manufacturing, sales, etc.) and the ability to integrate them with other systems. Knowledge of manufacturing modules: Production Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales & Distribution, and Finance. Strong in Supply Chain roles. Strong understanding of database management (SQL), system integration, and API. Understanding of software development, relevant programming languages, and databases. Familiarity with Industry 4.0, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS. Knowledge of IT security, data integrity, and compliance requirements. Good negotiation, strong leadership, and good integrity. Fluently in English.
