Quantity Surveyor & Civil Inspector

Responsibilities Cost Management: Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and tender documents.

Valuation & Payments: Measure and value work performed on‑site to verify subcontractor payment applications.

Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough site inspections of civil works (earthworks, foundations, reinforcements, etc.) to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Documentation: Maintain precise records of site progress, inspection test plans (ITP), and material quality certifications.

Contract Administration: Monitor project variations, manage commercial risks, and assist in final account settlements.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in both Quantity Surveying and Civil/QC Inspection roles.

Certification:

Must possess a valid SKA Ahli Muda QS (Junior Quantity Surveyor Certificate) from a recognized professional body.
