As a Customer Service Representative, you will be instrumental in guiding prospective clients through processes, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience. If you speak Mandarin or any Chinese dialect, you are encouraged to apply. The position comes with a two-tier remuneration system of a basic salary and a target-based incentive / commission system.

Key Responsibilities Enquiry Journey: • Initial Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for enquiries • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with potential parents to understand their needs and preferences; provide comprehensive details about the services. • Query Resolution: Address any questions or concerns, providing timely and accurate responses. • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective customer enhancing their experience and supporting their decision-making process. • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups on post-visit tours to address any further queries and assist in the decision-making process. • Feedback Collection: Systematically gather and record

feedback to continually improve our engagement strategies and services. • Lead Management: Keep the CMS updated with all interactions, ensuring data is current and accurately reflects engagement status.

Requirements • Speak English • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related role; experience in any industry is acceptable. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals. • Fluent in English and Mandarin to cater to a diverse customer base. • Proficient in using Customer Management Systems (CMS) and other related systems such as CRM; ability to monitor ROI and perform detailed reporting. • Reporting skills are essential for accurate documentation and feedback analysis. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities. • Must possess own transport and be able to drive. • Must possess own work laptop. • Notice period: Available to start within 0-1 month. • Flexibility to work in various locations in Kuala Lumpur based on client needs.
