Role Description This is a full-time remote Entry Level English‑Mandarin Medical OPI/VRI role. The Medical Interpreter will be responsible for providing accurate consecutive over-the-phone interpretation services between English and Mandarin in medical settings. The role will involve facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients to ensure effective understanding and care.

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Mandarin

Excellent communication and listening skills

Relevant certification in Medical Interpretation or related field (preferred)

HIPAA compliant

Requirements

Ethernet connection (connected directly to router via cable), no Wi‑Fi

Noise‑canceling mic and USB connection headset

Have full-time availability from MON‑FRI
