IT Infrastructure

The IT Infrastructure Senior Staff is responsible for managing and maintaining the companys IT infrastructure across the industrial area, ensuring reliable digital infrastructure support to sustain company operations and area development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, servers, data centers, and supporting systems.

Plan IT infrastructure requirements aligned with industrial area development plans.

Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, WiFi, and internet connectivity across the industrial area.

Implement and monitor IT security systems including firewall, access control, antivirus, backup, and recovery solutions.

Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices and servers.

Support internal company applications and ensure smooth system operations.

Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and third parties for IT infrastructure procurement and maintenance.

Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and periodic infrastructure reports.

Provide second-level technical support to internal users.

Ensure availability, reliability, and security of IT systems within the industrial area.

Job Requirements Education

Bachelors Degree (S1) in:

Information Systems

Information Technology

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of computer networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching).

Experience managing Windows Server and/or Linux servers.

Basic understanding of virtualization and cloud infrastructure (VMware, Hyper‑V, or cloud services).

Experience managing firewall, VPN, and network security systems.

Advanced troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.

Understanding of IT infrastructure management and information security principles.
