Key Responsibilities

Should have worked in ServiceNow ITSM implementation

Designs, implements, and maintains the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) on the ServiceNow platform

Managing Configuration Items (CIs) and their relationships, using ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, developing data governance policies

Good communication skills, should be able to interact with client to finalize the requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years experience in ServiceNow development

Experience in CMDB

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Problem‑solving and analytical thinking
