Science Teacher

Key Responsibilities

Designing and delivering engaging and innovative science lessons that cater to the needs of secondary school students

Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies to foster students' understanding and enthusiasm for science

Assessing student progress and providing timely feedback to support their academic growth

Collaborating with the teaching team to plan and coordinate cross-curricular activities and initiatives

Actively participating in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching skills and knowledge

Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to explore their curiosity and reach their full potential

What We're Looking For

A bachelor's degree in Science or a related field, with a teaching certification or qualification

Minimum 2 years of experience teaching science at the secondary school level, preferably in an international school setting

Strong subject matter expertise and a deep understanding of the latest developments in science education

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Demonstrated ability to create and implement engaging and innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles

Proficient in the use of educational technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience

Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Adaptability and a willingness to work in a multicultural environment
