System Integration Sales - Manager

The SI Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the non‑alarm System Integration business segment. This role focuses on expanding new markets through solution‑based sales and operates independently from existing product‑based sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the SI Sales segment strategy

Develop new customers within the defined SI market

Identify and qualify business opportunities

Conduct customer needs analysis and requirement clarification

Oversee solution proposal development in collaboration with Presales

Deliver executive‑level presentations and negotiations

Coordinate commercial terms and contract discussions

Ensure proper project handover to technical and operations teams

Monitor pipeline and ensure all opportunities are registered in CRM

Scope of Responsibility

In Scope

New customers with no prior business relationship

Existing non‑gross accounts without alarm services

Non‑alarm SI solutions such as:

Access Control Systems

Integrated Monitoring Platforms

Smart City / Smart Factory Solutions

Out of Scope

Alarm‑only or alarm‑based solutions

Existing gross accounts

Maintenance or renewal projects managed by other teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, IT, or related field

Minimum 5–8 years experience in B2B solution sales

Strong knowledge of System Integration or security technology solutions

Proven leadership and business development skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Experience managing CRM pipeline and sales governance
