Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of accounts and building strong client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.

Responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, following up on leads and winning new clients, including retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships to close sales.

Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence.

Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

Presenting sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.

Experience managing large banking/FSI account portfolios.

Proven and successful experience in high-value client acquisition.

Education background in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in English, both verbal and written; Mandarin a plus.

Proficiency in Office suite software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and CRM software.

Communicative, energetic, fast learner with a result-driven attitude.

Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.

Self-starter, capable of working efficiently under pressure.
