Responsibilities Support new project onboarding until to implementation Developing SOP/WI/PL of transport new project and delivering to team member. Work closely with transport operational to determine their pain point in current process and translate it into system requirement Liaise with internal team (IT, Operational Excellence, and Transport Operational) to initiate transport continuous improvement. Initiate idea of transport transformation, both in process improvement and cost saving initiative. Lead transport process audit, transport training and development to operational team member.

Requirements Experience 1-2 year in logistic especially transport operational. Bachelor's degree in reputable university (Logistics or Technology field preferred). Strong in data analysis and process flow mapping. Ability to communicate with ground level as well as management level. Open mindset, fast learner, and bring a lot of new idea of improvement. Automation project support experience will be added advantage.
