Job Description
We are looking for a
Land Management Specialist
to manage company land assets and inventory administration, ensuring data accuracy, legal compliance, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role is responsible for maintaining reliable land documentation, monitoring permits, handling asset inventory, and supporting audit readiness.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Agribusiness, Land Management, Geodesy, Civil Engineering, Property Management, or related fields.
Minimum
2–5 years of experience
in land management, asset management, property administration, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of
agrarian law, land regulations, and land administration processes
in Indonesia.
Familiar with
land certification (HGB, HGU, SHM), permits, and legal documentation .
Experienced in
land database management, asset inventory, and reporting systems .
Able to use
GIS, AutoCAD, or mapping software
is a strong advantage.
Strong coordination and communication skills, especially with government agencies, notaries, and internal stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly accurate in documentation handling.
High integrity, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willing to travel to project sites when required.
Key Responsibilities
A. Land Management
Manage land data and administration including certificates, HGB/HGU, AJB, IMB, and related legal documents.
Conduct land registration, mapping, and regular updates of land ownership status.
Handle land and building permits and coordinate with relevant government institutions.
Coordinate with notaries, BPN (National Land Agency), local authorities, and other external parties.
Monitor the validity period of land certificates and permits to ensure timely renewals.
Handle land disputes and legal documentation in coordination with legal teams.
Prepare periodic reports on land condition and ownership status.
B. Inventory Management
Record and manage company assets and inventory data accurately.
Update records of asset inflow, outflow, and asset mutation.
Conduct periodic stock opname and ensure physical stock matches system data.
Manage asset labeling, numbering, and documentation.
Prepare monthly and annual inventory reports.
Monitor asset conditions and propose improvements or asset disposal when necessary.
C. Administration & Reporting
Prepare accurate and timely land management and inventory reports.
Maintain proper document filing in both hardcopy and softcopy formats.
Support internal and external audit processes related to land and asset management.
