Position Summary
Weโre looking for a passionate and adaptable Service Support Engineer to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a strong experience in network operations.
Role And Responsibilities
24x7 NOC monitoring of all DA services except for China
Failure detection and alarm propagation for DA servers
24x7 NOC monitoring for service failure detection and propagation
Enhance monitoring system for NOC operation
Practical test with real device and system every two hours
NOC monitoring reports (weekly / semi-annual / annual)
Skills And Qualifications
Familiar or have experience in using monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Logsearch, Kibana, AWS Cloudwatch, etc)
Familiar or have experience in ticketing or issue tracking system (JIRA)
Have knowledge in service performance metrics (CPU load, memory, storage, network, etc)
Have experience in conducting functional testing.
Good in English both writing and verbal.
Willing to work in shift.
This position will be hired under a thirdโparty contract (12 months).
