About the Role The role requires a dedicated professional with extensive experience in ESG and environmental impact assessments, focusing on energy management and compliance.

Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (priority) Minimum 7–8 years of working experience in the ESG / Environmental Impact Assessment (AMDAL) & Energy field Good leadership, previously supervised at least 10 people Active English, verbal and written Presentation skills Work experience: manufacturing, pulp & paper, F&B, textile, etc. Placement at Tjiwi Kimia Mills, Mojokerto

Technical Requirements Mastering ESG requirements and how to fulfill them Mastering AMDAL and compliance requirements Mastering Energy Management System ISO 50001 Able to read and understand PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams) and other technical process diagrams Mastering GHG calculation and mitigation actions Mastering ISO 9001, 14001, 50001 ISO Auditor certified Mastering social compliance certifications (SMETA or others) Understanding various compliance-related reporting
