About the Role:
The
Retail Marketing Manager
will play a key role in driving in-store excellence and retail performance across Skintific’s offline channels. Sitting under the Trade Marketing division, this role is responsible for developing and executing retail marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, improve shopper experience, and accelerate sell-out performance in General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and other retail formats.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Retail Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement retail marketing strategies aligned with overall trade marketing and brand objectives.
Translate brand campaigns into effective in-store activations and retail programs.
Plan and execute retail campaigns, including visibility programs, POSM deployment, merchandising guidelines, and store-level promotions.
In-Store Excellence & Visibility
Lead the development and rollout of in-store communication materials (POSM, displays, testers, planograms).
Ensure consistent brand presentation and execution standards across all retail channels.
Monitor store execution quality and recommend improvements to maximize shopper impact.
Campaign Performance & Analysis
Track and analyze retail marketing performance (sell-out, campaign ROI, visibility compliance).
Generate insights from store audits, field feedback, and sales data to optimize future programs.
Prepare regular reports and post-campaign evaluations with clear recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales teams to align retail initiatives with channel and account priorities.
Collaborate with Brand, Digital, and Product teams to ensure seamless omnichannel execution.
Coordinate with Operations and vendors to manage timelines, production, and deployment of retail materials.
Budget & Vendor Management
Manage retail marketing budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effective execution.
Source, brief, and manage external vendors, agencies, and suppliers.
Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all retail marketing materials.
What We’re Looking For:
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, or In-Store Marketing (beauty, FMCG, or retail industry preferred).
Strong understanding of retail channels (MT, GT, specialty stores) and shopper marketing principles.
Proven experience in managing in-store campaigns, POSM, and retail activations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high attention to detail.
