Production and Technical Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee

daily production operations , ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of

production and technical staff , fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Work closely with

engineering and R&D teams

to implement technical improvements and support new product launches

Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate maintenance efforts to minimize downtime

Develop and enforce

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

to optimize workflows and boost productivity

Analyse production data to identify trends, reduce waste, and enhance overall output

Ensure compliance with

industry regulations and company policies

Oversee technical projects and drive initiatives that enhance production processes

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree

in

Engineering, Manufacturing , or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 3 years of experience

in a

manufacturing or production supervisory

role (experience in HVAC is a plus)

Strong technical aptitude , with the ability to troubleshoot machinery and production systems

Proven

leadership and communication skills , with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team

Knowledge of

lean manufacturing principles

and process optimization techniques

A

problem-solving mindset , capable of delivering results under tight deadlines

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks , and other relevant tools
