Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Barista for a full-time on-site role located in Bandung. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, including coffee and other specialty drinks, in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with food preparation as needed. The individual will be expected to work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers.

Qualifications

Barista and food preparation skills, with a strong ability to make consistent and quality beverages Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers and build positive relationships Strong communication skills to ensure effective interaction with team members and customers Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace Punctuality, reliability, and ability to work full-time on-site in Bandung Prior experience in a coffee shop or food service environment is a plus Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting
