We’re always looking towards the future, anticipating changes in medical science and technology.**What You'll Do:*** Responsible for engaging with recruiters to support and complement sourcing efforts for hiring across a variety of positions* Identify candidate profiles against defined requirements for an open requisition or a proactive talent pipeline for future needs, with direction from recruiters.* Research, source, pre-screen, and document candidates against requirements.* Leverage multiple sourcing techniques and tools including CRM, social platforms, and Boolean search to develop slates of qualified candidates.* Create customized communications to prospective leads and convert into candidates using Abbott branding and messaging.* Share market intelligence data, trends, and talent landscape with recruiters to enable hiring managers to make more informed decisions.* Support the hiring process such as interviews arrangements, reference checks, onboarding to provide a good candidate experience.**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.* Minimum 2 years agency or in-house recruitment experience, focused on talent sourcing in a high volume environment* Candidates with prior experience in healthcare industry advantageous* Familiarity with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) to identify & engage candidates* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.* Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams and external partners across different offices.* Ability to contribute in a dynamic work environment and with strong organization and prioritization skillsNote: This position is a 1 year contract opportunity (via 3rd party payroll) , opportunity for renewal based on performance.Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
