Responsible for selling all aspects of events, developing sales channels, strategic initiatives, and relations that result in corporate and event functions, weddings and business retreats. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The primary functions of this role are to drive revenue by prospecting and fostering relationships with Wedding planners, individuals and corporations, and to oversee successful planning, managing and execution of sold events. Requirements Events sales experience with a proven track record of high end resort sales performance Solid understanding of prospecting programs and event revenue generation Ability to take initiative and use innovative concepts Proven ability in communication, and negotiating skills High energy and outgoing personality Organizational and time management skills Acute attention to detail Strong technical literacy Good inter-personal skills with customers and associates
