1. Job Responsibilities ​ Identifying KOC/Affiliate Partners: ​ Source and categorize relevant micro‑influencers (KOCs) and affiliate partners across appropriate industries or communities. Relationship & Partnership Building: ​ Reach out to KOCs/affiliates, foster connections, and negotiate collaboration terms, commission structures, and deliverables to ensure mutual benefit. Collaborative Campaign Development: ​ Work with KOCs/affiliates to create engaging content and performance‑driven campaigns that align with our brand and drive targeted results. Performance Tracking & Optimization: ​ Monitor campaign performance (e.g., conversions, CPA, ROAS) and adjust strategies to maximize outcomes.

2. Job Profile ​ Education: ​ Bachelor’s degree or above, with English as a working language. Experience & Resources: ​ At least 2 years of relevant experience in KOC/affiliate marketing, preferably in the beauty/skincare industry; experience with live‑streaming or performance‑based campaigns is a plus. Soft Skills: ​ Strong execution and negotiation abilities, highly data‑driven, proficient in spreadsheet management and performance analysis.
