Sales Trader, OTC (Indonesia)

We are seeking a sharp and proactive Sales Trader to spearhead our Over‑The‑Counter (OTC) trading desk in Indonesia. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of client relationships, market analysis, and high‑stakes execution. You will be the face of OSL’s OTC desk, responsible for building a robust client network, delivering best‑in‑class pricing, and executing large‑scale trades in a fast‑moving market. Your performance will directly impact our growth and market leadership in the region.

Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively build and manage a network of High‑Net‑Worth Individuals (HNWIs), institutional clients, and corporate treasuries. Understand their trading needs and provide tailored OTC solutions.

Trade Execution & Pricing: Source liquidity, provide competitive real‑time quotes, and execute large‑volume spot and derivative trades across various cryptocurrencies. Ensure best execution for clients while managing the desk’s P&L.

Market Analysis: Continuously monitor global crypto markets, volatility, and news to identify trading opportunities (arbitrage, relative value) and inform pricing strategies.

Desk Development: Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and requirements for improving OTC trading tools, RFQ systems, and workflow automations.

Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Compliance, Legal, and Treasury teams to ensure all trading activities adhere to regulatory standards and facilitate smooth settlement and fund flows.

Who We Are Looking For You have

2+ years of proven experience

in a similar role as an OTC Trader, Sales Trader, or Liquidity Trader within a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, or fintech.

You possess a deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading strategies, and the OTC ecosystem (exchanges, liquidity providers, market makers).

You are a natural relationship‑builder with a strong existing network or the proven ability to develop one quickly within the Indonesian crypto community (HNWIs, institutions, KOLs).

You are analytically rigorous, with experience in P&L management and a keen eye for risk.

You are fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

You are a self‑starter, resilient, and excel in a high‑velocity, results‑oriented environment.
