Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of data center facilities to ensure smooth, reliable performance. Maintain continuous system availability and safeguard the operational integrity of all critical infrastructure. Execute operational plans that align with broader enterprise technology and infrastructure strategies. Manage core mechanical, electrical, and IT infrastructure systems to ensure optimal functionality. Monitor and optimize building and environmental systems for efficiency and performance. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to sustain high operational standards. Administer key operational platforms such as BMS, EPMS, IWMS, and CMMS to support facility and engineering workflows. Facilitate integration between monitoring platforms and engineering tools, including CAD/REVIT and operational dashboards. Ensure compliance with global standards and frameworks, including ISO 27001 for information security and ISO 50001 for energy management. Analyze operational metrics to drive improvements, support scalability, and implement energy‑efficient and facility-management best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications 8–10 years of experience in data center operations or critical infrastructure management. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline. Proven expertise in managing mission-critical facilities with complex MEP and IT infrastructure. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus and BACnet. Hands-on experience with facilities management, monitoring, and operational platforms. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence.
