Client Relation Officer

Role Description: This is an on-site, full-time role for a Client Relation Officer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Client Relation Officer will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and handling support requests. Additionally, the role involves monitoring feedback to enhance the customer experience and collaborating with internal teams to improve services and processes.

Qualifications: Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients Experience in ensuring Client Satisfaction through effective communication and solutions Possess strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and propose appropriate actions Proficiency in Client Support and Client Relations to address concerns and enhance the client experience Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively with teams on-site Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English Prior experience in customer relations or support roles is a plus
