Corporate Legal Specialist

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk, formerly PT Bank Yudha Bhakti Tbk, is an Indonesia-based company primarily engaged in the banking business. The Company operates as a technology-based bank. The Company serves the customers in the Small and Medium Business (SME), Retail (Consumer) and Mass Market segments, through banking products and services embedded in an ecosystem by optimizing technology.

Responsibilities: - Complete all legal process requests promptly, with a focus on contract drafting and reviewing; - Undertake assignments related to credit project and all supporting documents; - Provides assistance to ensure operational activities are free from risk; - Preparing research and write legal opinion on a wide range of banking activities; - Collaborate with the supervisor and partner with cross-functional teams; - Continuously develop best practices and constantly seek ways to improve the quality of work; and - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification: - Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience, preferably with minimum 2 years of lawyering or banking related environment; - Basic knowledge of the financial sector is a must; - Professional level proficiency of English; - Ability to work under pressure; - An active learner who is willing to take on new challenges; and - Commitment to conducting work with professional ethics and integrity.
