We are looking for a

Creative Project Management

to manage and orchestrate the workflow of final artwork production. This role ensures that all design outputs meet creative briefs, technical printing requirements, and production timelines to deliver high-quality and reliable printing results.

What you will do: Manage task queue & priorities for final artwork production based on deadlines and workload capacity Distribute tasks and arrange daily / weekly schedules for final artwork designers Monitor daily progress, follow up delays, and resolve workflow bottlenecks Ensure final artwork meets technical printing requirements and quality standards Maintain artwork documentation, version control, and production reporting

What we're looking for: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Management, or related fields Experience in creative production, design operation, or project coordination Strong task & workflow management skills Good understanding of design & creative production process Proficient in Excel/task management tools (Notion, Jira, Monday, etc.) High attention to detail, strong coordination & communication skills
