Role Overview
EPOS360 is entering Indonesia — one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic and fast-growing SME markets — and we're looking for the person who will build our marketing presence from the ground up. This is not a role for someone looking to manage a playbook. It's for someone who wants to write one. You'll have full strategic ownership of Indonesia's go-to-market, backed by a regional team but with the autonomy and accountability of a founder-marketer. If you've been operating above your current title and are ready to prove what you're capable of at a country level, this is your moment.
Market & GTM Leadership
Own and execute Indonesia's go-to-market strategy, accountable for merchant acquisition, activation, and monthly active users.
Build Indonesia's marketing engine from the ground up — channels, partnerships, community, and performance infrastructure.
Position EPOS360 as a critical digital growth partner for Indonesian SMEs.
Growth & Performance
Lead end-to-end performance marketing across META, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Own key metrics including CPL, CAC, pipeline, and conversion rates.
Drive continuous optimisation through experimentation, localisation, and competitive insight.
Brand & Cross-Functional Execution
Localise brand, messaging, and campaigns so they resonate authentically in Indonesia.
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to align marketing directly with revenue and product adoption.
Support go-to-market execution for new launches and feature rollouts.
Requirements
7 years of marketing experience, with strong foundations in performance and growth marketing
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment — comfortable building from zero and scaling quickly
A track record of owning a market, channel, or business line end-to-end
Hands-on execution mindset — able to operate both strategically and tactically
Experience across both in-house and agency environments is advantageous
Native fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English
Strong technical command of CRM tools, marketing automation, and paid digital platforms
Commercially driven — you understand how marketing translates into revenue and make decisions accordingly
Highly resourceful, structured, and accountable
Comfortable working in ambiguity and building structure where it does not yet exist
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across a regional organisation
